I was initially only going to purchase the new Josie Maran Bright Skin Vitamin C Serum, and I should have stuck with my gut feeling and only purchased that. Instead, when I saw the Josie Maran Smooth Skin Resurfacing Serum next to the Vitamin C Serum, they looked so cute together and I purchase both. I ended up enjoying the new Vitamin C Bright Skin Serum, but the Resurfacing Serum was a total let down. The pH of the Smooth Skin Resurfacing Serum is far too high for any meaningful exfoliation to occur. The pH test of the Josie Maran Smooth Skin Resurfacing Serum is around 6.5. The original Josie Maran Argan Milk Face Serum is probably one of the first serums/ moisturizers that I'd ever repurchased. When I saw there was a new Josie Maran Argan Milk Anti-Aging Body Renewal Serum I was very excited to give it a try since I love the facial serum versions. I was not letdown at all by the Body Serum. I should mention that the formulas of the two products are pretty different with the exception of Argan Oil and water. The second I saw this new product I knew I had to have it ASAP. Thankfully, I wasn't let down. This is a very lightweight oil that is full of shimmer. There are not any chunky glitters in this at all. This is a great combination of makeup and skincare working together in one product. Since this contains argan oil this lightly hydrates your skin adding to the luminosity it gives you wherever you apply it.
